Taking care of clients

Once you've got yourself in alignment, and clients are starting to flow to your creation, its still important to maintain good relationships with them.

In the 'established' way of doing things 'Good Customer Service' can mean many things. We agree with having quick efficient communication and not leaving people waiting for replies for days on end.

We do find however that in some cases this can become a false game of trying to keep the customer happy just so they come back and spend more.

Instead we simply advise keeping all relationships as open, honest and balanced as possible.
